Service Terms

Clear guidelines to ensure a professional workflow.

Take a moment to review the terms.

By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

This service includes audio cleaning, editing, enhancement, restoration, and mixing according to the selected package and purchased add-ons.

All work is performed within the scope defined at the time of purchase. Requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate project quote.

The service focuses on improving the quality and presentation of the original recording, not replacing or recreating the original performance.

2. Accepted & Prohibited Content

Services are provided for podcasts, YouTube content, interviews, tutorials, educational material, guided meditations, reviews, spoken-word productions, and similar informational or creative content.

Projects involving any of the following may be refused, canceled, or removed without obligation to continue the service:

  • Explicit adult or pornographic content

  • Hate speech, racism, extremist or discriminatory content

  • Violent propaganda or politically manipulative content related to war, tragedy, or human suffering

  • Illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material

Informative, documentary, journalistic, or educational content discussing sensitive topics may be accepted when presented in a neutral, informational, or non-promotional manner.

If prohibited content is submitted after purchase, the project may be canceled at discretion. Refund eligibility, if any, will be evaluated individually depending on the production stage already completed.

3. Audio Quality Disclaimer

Final results depend heavily on the quality and condition of the original recording.

While substantial improvements can often be achieved, severely distorted, clipped, corrupted, noisy, or damaged recordings may contain permanent limitations that cannot be fully repaired or restored.

No guarantee is made regarding complete restoration of heavily compromised audio.

4. Audio Review Service

For severely damaged, heavily distorted, low-quality, archival, or technically complex recordings, an Audio Review may be required before accepting the project.

The Audio Review service is a pre-production evaluation intended to determine:

  • Whether the project can be accepted

  • The type of processing required

  • Technical limitations involved

  • Realistic expectations for the final outcome

The Audio Review fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward the final project cost, regardless of whether the project is ultimately accepted.

Audio Review does not include editing, restoration, mixing, or audio processing work.

5. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited to the amount included in the selected package and are intended for refinements and reasonable adjustments only, not fully reworks.

Revisions do not include:

  • Complete re-edits

  • Major structural changes

  • Changes in creative direction

  • Replacement recordings

  • Newly added material after production has started

Additional revisions may be purchased as optional add-ons where available.

6. Production Queue & Turnaround

All projects are processed through a structured production queue system.

Active production days are Monday through Thursday.

Estimated turnaround times begin once the project enters active production and may vary depending on:

  • Current queue volume

  • Package priority

  • Selected add-ons

  • Revision requests

  • Project complexity

  • Client response times

Orders placed outside active production hours or near the end of the production week may begin processing on the next available production day.

Example:
A project purchased late Thursday evening may not enter active production until Monday.

All turnaround times displayed throughout the website are estimates only and are not guarantees of exact delivery dates.

7. Priority Processing

Priority Processing is a limited upgrade intended for urgent or time-sensitive projects. (Only 1 slot per day).

This upgrade places eligible projects at the front of the active production queue for expedited handling.

Priority Processing:

  • Is subject to limited daily availability

  • Must be purchased together with a service package

  • Does not guarantee instant delivery

  • Does not override technical limitations or revision-related delays

8. Client Responsibili-ties

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing properly exported and accessible audio files

  • Supplying accurate instructions and project details

  • Providing reference material when necessary

  • Maintaining communication during production

  • Reviewing delivered revisions within a reasonable timeframe

Common audio formats accepted include WAV, MP3, AIFF, FLAC and M4A.

Corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or unsupported files may delay production timelines.

Delays caused by missing information, file issues, or slow client communication may affect estimated turnaround times and production scheduling.

9. Inactive Projects

Projects may be paused, delayed, or rescheduled if the client becomes inactive for an extended period during production.

Extended inactivity may require the project to re-enter the production queue based on current availability.

10. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase through the available checkout methods.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.

Production will not begin until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the time, labor, and production resources involved in audio work, refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are evaluated individually.

If approved, refunds are limited to a maximum of 30% of full payment, regardless of the project’s stage.

Refund eligibility may still consider:

  • Project stage

  • Work already completed

  • Invested Time

  • Used resources

Audio Review services, completed revisions, and partially completed production work are non-refundable.

Refund requests based solely on subjective creative preference may not qualify once production work has begun.

12. Delivery Policy

Final files are delivered digitally through downloadable links or file-sharing platforms depending on project requirements.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files after completion.

13. Service Limitations

The service enhances the existing recording but does not fundamentally alter:

  • Vocal identity

  • Emotional performance

  • Speech delivery

  • Acting quality

Natural limitations of the original performance and recording conditions will always remain a factor in the final result.

14. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery timelines may be adjusted in cases of illness, emergencies, technical failures, natural disasters, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at discretion.

15. Right to Refuse Service

The right is reserved to refuse, pause, or cancel any project that:

  • Violates these terms

  • Contains prohibited content

  • Involves abusive communication

  • Presents unrealistic expectations

  • Creates technical or ethical conflicts

16. Client Authorization & Usage Rights

By submitting any audio material through the website or project submission system, the client confirms that they own the content or have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorization to submit, process, edit, and modify the material.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable copyright, licensing, privacy, and intellectual property laws.

Any legal responsibility arising from unauthorized, infringing, stolen, or improperly submitted material remains entirely with the client.

17. Client Content & Privacy

Client audio files and related project material are treated as private and confidential.

Project files may be retained for a reasonable period following delivery for backup, support, revision, administrative, or technical purposes. Long-term storage is not guaranteed, and clients are strongly encouraged to download and maintain their own backups of all delivered files. Files may be permanently removed when they are no longer required for business operations.

Client content will never be sold, redistributed, published, or used for any unrelated purpose without permission.

In some cases, permission may be requested to use a short before-and-after audio fragment (maximum 10 seconds) exclusively for portfolio or demonstration purposes within the website or professional showcase material.

No client material will be publicly shared without prior consent.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
